Terms of use

These terms apply to anyone using Decision All Access, run by Decision Management Ltd (trading as Decision Entertainment Ltd), 126 Wellesley Road, London, England, W4 3AP. By using the portal you agree to them. They sit alongside any management, agency or client agreement you have with us; if the two conflict, that agreement wins.

The portal is private. Accounts are created by invitation only, for the talent we represent, our team and agents, and the clients we work with. We can change what you can see or suspend access at any time, for example when a working relationship ends.

• Keep your login details to yourself and use two-factor authentication when asked.
• Tell us straight away at giulia@decision-entertainment.com if you think someone else has used your account.
• Keep the details you give us, such as billing and VAT details, accurate and up to date.

• Use the portal only for your work with Decision.
• Treat what you see as confidential. That includes fees, commercial terms, other people's details and client information. Don't share it outside the portal unless we agree.
• Don't try to access areas or data you haven't been given access to, or interfere with how the portal works.

We work hard to keep deal figures, statements and payouts accurate. If you spot something that looks wrong, tell us and we will look into it. Statements issued under a self-billing agreement are governed by that agreement.

The portal connects to other services, such as our accounting software and, if you choose, your social media accounts. Those services have their own terms. You can disconnect a social media account at any time.

The portal and its design belong to Decision. Content you add, such as images or notes, stays yours; you give us permission to use it to run the portal and represent you.

We provide the portal as a working tool and can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
